Prior to founding Mellivora Capital, Tom spent 11 years with WayPoint Capital Partners where he co-managed a $2b fund, overseeing investments in industries including transportation, logistics and manufacturing. Previously he worked at Veronis Suhler Stevenson’s Private Equity Fund where he focused on new platform investments and creating value from challenged portfolio assets within the media, communications and information industries.
Prior to that role, Tom was a member of Bear Stearns’ Mergers & Acquisitions Group, advising third party clients on transactions across a broad array of industries.
Tom holds a BS in Business Administration from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
